General Terms & Conditions
1. Scope & seller
These terms apply to all orders placed via this online shop with Angelika Ulrich (MALUBART), Poschingerstraße 12, 81679 Munich, Germany (“we”, “seller”). Contact: maluba@maluba.de.
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking “Place order” you make a binding offer to buy. We may accept it by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods. Each artwork is an original and typically available only once.
3. Prices & payment
All prices are total prices including the applicable statutory VAT. Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete the order. Payment is made via PayPal.
4. Delivery
We ship worldwide unless stated otherwise. Delivery times and shipping costs are set out in Shipping & Payment. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or fees may apply and are borne by the customer.
5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
6. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal as described in our Right of Withdrawal.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. As each work is hand-made, minor variations in colour, surface and format are characteristic and do not constitute a defect.
8. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
9. Governing law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the country in which the consumer is habitually resident remain unaffected.
